Osteopathic treatment is based on non invasive gentle manipulation to restore movement and functionality of areas involved in any given pain pattern.  Osteopaths' patient-centred approach to health and wellbeing means they consider symptoms in the context of the patients full medical history as well as their lifestyle and personal circumstances.  Therefore a full case history will be taken on the first visit followed by a thorough examination when a diagnosis will be reached before an appropriate treatment plan is discussed.

When treating, Clare enjoys integrating different techniques such as gentle manipulation, visceral and cranial osteopathy. Treatment is adjusted according to the individual patient, and can suit anyone from the elderly to pregnacy, young children and babies.
